Dress shopping was fun; it's amazing to see what a beautiful young woman my "niece" has become.

Days 4 thru 8
Oops - forgot Friday and honestly I don't see myself posting on the weekends so here are my happy things to catch up!!
Friday - Day 4 - VALENTINE'S DAY! Had a great evening with the hubby. I typically work on Fridays, I took the day off and we went to dinner (he actually made reservations, shocking).
Saturday - Day 5 - Made some decent $$ at work (second job waiting tables) and went to a 40th birthday party that night! It didn't go according to plan but we still had fun...
Sunday, Day 6 - Hubby took the dog out in the morning so I got to lounge in bed - my favorite!
Monday, Day 7 - Going Prom dress shopping with my BF and my "niece"! Very excited!
The scale was very evil this morning.....which SUCKS! However I eat a bunch of crap the past two days so it's not surprising.
If I get home early enough I'm going to hit the gym tonight. If not, then definitely tomorrow!
It's supposed to snow more today. Wish to hell it would stop and the sidewalks were dry - I have a run coming up that I should really TRAIN for! GRRR.

Day 3
Happy item - I went to the gym yesterday! Yeah me!! And I didn't feel like hell afterwards. Double yeah!
Two different couple friends of mine are going on warm weather vacations; both are leaving Saturday. I am majorly jealous. Boo. :(
I was supposed to go visit a friend who moved to California but I haven't heard much from her since she moved so I didn't plan it. Oh well.

Day 2
Today's happy item......I didn't snack after dinner yesterday!! Yeah me!
And I decided to start taking my thyroid medication....I've been afraid because of the possible hair loss. I'm starting off taking half of the prescription amount. I know I'm being dumb....I guess I just don't want to be on a pill for the rest of my life.
It was pretty sunny at lunch time; another happy thing!
And finally - I think I'm going to go to the gym this evening.

100 days of happiness...
I saw this on another blog - a hundred days of posting happy things. I think your supposed to post pictures but I don't want to mess with pictures so I'm going to stuff about stuff!
Day 1
Today my friend invited me to go Prom dress shopping with her and her daughter! I'm super excited about it. Her daughter is my "niece" and I LOVE that her daughter wanted me to go!
Also, I didn't order french fries at lunch today - WOO HOO!
